We suggest storing your scarf in the tissue paper in the wood case that it was delivered in. Wood is a natural product and breathes, allowing for the absorption and release of moisture.
Shipping
We are pleased to offer complimentary express shipping within the United Kingdom and European Union. We also offer complimentary express shipping to the United States on orders over 250 GBP.
Otherwise, we offer express flat rate shipping to the rest of the world.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with your order's tracking information once it has shipped.
Most domestic and international orders are delivered in 2-5 business days. In very rare circumstances, delivery for international orders may take up to two weeks.
Orders delivered within the United Kingdom are shipped with Royal Mail or DHL. International orders are shipped with DHL.
We ship to destinations outside the United Kingdom on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that we pay all import taxes and duties on your behalf. We guarantee no additional charges on delivery.
All orders are delivered in our signature handmade wooden cases.
All of our packaging is 100% compostable.
Returns
We hope that our products will become cherished heirlooms, but are more than happy to issue exchanges or refunds within 30 days, so long as the product is unused and in resaleable condition.

All refunds are processed within two business days upon receipt of the returned or exchanged product. You will receive an email confirmation that your form of payment has been refunded. Please note that it can take up to fourteen days for the refund to appear on your account statement.
