Austin and Paul met through Polimoda fashion school in Florence, Italy, and became best of friends after many passeggiatas and meals at local trattorias. Their friendship became a working relationship as their shared passion for clothing and luxury craftsmanship led them to manage the world’s most renowned bespoke tailoring house, Liverano & Liverano. They have worked with the industry’s most talented tailors, heritage producers, and prestigious global retailers. Austin and Paul perceived that the codes of luxury craftsmanship that define bespoke menswear were absent from the womenswear market. They launched Passeggiata with a collection of the finest silk scarves to bridge this gap, and have plans to introduce bespoke quality women’s tailoring in the near future.
